Lieutenant General Susan Coyle is the Commander Forces Command, responsible for force generating land forces in order to support the Joint Force. Prior to taking on this role she held senior ADF appointments including, Commander Joint Task Force 633, Commander 6th Brigade, inaugural Commander Task Group Afghanistan, and Commanding Officer 17th Signal Regiment. LTGEN Coyle has been appointed a Member of the Order of Australia and been awarded both the Conspicuous Service Cross and a Distinguished Service Medal. LTGEN Coyle graduated with a Bachelor of Science from UNSW Canberra in 1991.
