Founder of F3 and champion for women in finance
Camilla Love is the founder of F3 – Future Females in Finance. Launched in 2017, F3 aims to foster the next generation of female talent in financial services through education, providing great career role models, demystifying careers and providing practical work experience. In 2022, F3 was awarded the Women in Finance Community Program Award, for its work developing the pipeline of talent in finance.
Camilla has over 23 years of experience in the funds management industry. She is currently the Managing Partner of Alpencrest, a specialist capital placement agent for global fund managers into the Australian superannuation and wealth management industries.
Prior to founding Alpencrest, Camilla was an integral member of the team at Perennial Group - marketing, promoting, building and governing the business, and she now serves in two non-executive directorship roles at the group, governing Perennial’s venture capital limited partnership.
Camilla is the Chair of the Abbotsleigh Foundation and a Director of Cache. Camilla is also the Chair of the UNSW Alumni Advisory Committee and member of the UNSW Foundation.
Camilla holds an MBA (Exec) from AGSM at UNSW Business School and was the recipient of the Michael Page Scholarship for her strategic year in 2010.
